Amanda is a former collegiate dancer and state champion gymnast. After the birth of her three children, still having to lose 40 of the 80 pounds she gained, she discovered her love of weightlifting and passion for helping others reach their health and wellness goals. She has completed several half marathons, 5 and 10Ks, 50 mile cycle, and a Spartan Beast and Spartan Sprint. Amanda is a NASM certified personal trainer, a TRX Sports Medicine coach, and has several years of experience training those with chronic or acute health and fitness needs.

Chris is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he played football, baseball, and wrestled. He graduated from Westminster College with a degree in Business Administration, where he also played hockey. Fitness & nutrition have always been a big part of his life. Chris enjoys learning about all different types and styles of fitness, and exploring new things. He believes fitness is a lifestyle, and wants to help others get in the habit of pushing themselves no matter age or ability. Additionally, he fully believes that a healthy body and mind is necessary for everyone. He holds a CPT through American College of Sports Medicine. Chris is eager to learn new things every day.
Josh is simple, you give 100% and he will give you 110%. his energy will force you to dig deep and remember why you started. Pursing a degree in Educational Psychology he will assist in driving your mind over your body. Josh loves to learn new ideas, whether that is playing a sport or exploring a new lifting style. The gym is the easy part the hardest part is the kitchen, we often find new excuses to cheat ourselves, but Josh will always remind you why you walked into the gym. Being a former United States Marine Josh enjoys finding new and interesting ways to make workouts challenging.

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness Industry, Santino Vallejos has honed his skills in the understanding and application of exercise science. Holding a bachelors of Science degree and two graduate degrees from respected Universities; His experiences and multiple certifications have allowed him to work with diverse demographics effectively and successfully. Within his 10 years of experience, he has worked with a wide range of clients, ranging from the average exerciser, to high level elite athletes, weight loss individuals, as well as corrective and rehab patients. His firmly believes that exercise is the best preventative treatment for disease and injury. He is motivated by the changes he makes in the lives of other, and promotes a healthy and positive living through exercise and nutrition.
